Youth Dance Festival 2009
The 2nd annual Youth Dance Festival was held on January 31, 2009, at the Ed Landreth Auditorium at the Texas Christian University.
Ballet Frontier is proud to be the creative energy behind the second year of this event and, more importantly, we are proud to have presented young talented dancers from Ballet Frontier, Ballet Ensemble of Texas, Bloom (Dallas Black Dance Academy) and Texas Ballet Theatre School Ensemble- Dallas Academy.
Alongside these young dancers we presented a beautiful pas de deux from Requiem of Mozart, from the french choreographer Jean Paul Commelin, featuring Mr. Chung-Lin Tseng (former principal dancer with Texas Ballet Theatre) and Ms. Joy Atkins (former Bruce Wood Dance Company).
